A chat that reacts to you
- Chat reacts to what you say. Speech recognition (whisper.cpp) and the chat model (through Ollama) both run on your PC.
- Dead-air nudges: after 20 seconds without talking, a viewer asks you something, and asks again every 25 seconds until you answer. The timer pauses while you are muted or paused.
- Speech in a language other than your stream language is ignored, so a Discord call with friends does not end up in chat.
- A content filter keeps chat clean, and slurs are always dropped.
- Chat messages are never saved to disk.
Game awareness (Pro)
- Game events through official game integrations: kills, wins, clutch moments, round and match results, with more games on the way.
- Screen vision lets chat react to what is on screen in other games.
Clips and memory
- Say "clip that" or press Ctrl+Alt+C to mark a moment. Big plays and sudden voice spikes are marked for you.
- Your regulars remember running jokes and facts about you from earlier streams. You can see and reset what each one remembers.
Reports
- After every session: talk ratio, silences, dead air, words per minute, a timeline in five-minute steps and three tips. Export any report as a single HTML file.
Performance
- Echoless watches your graphics card and scales its own work down, or pauses it, before your game feels it. Speech recognition runs on the CPU.
One window, two modes
- Chat mode is a slim panel for your second monitor. One click (or Ctrl+Alt+L) switches to the full app with stats, reports and settings.
- Closing the chat switches to the full app instead of quitting. Echoless also lives in the system tray.
- Always-on-top and chat text size, and each mode remembers where you left it.

- Real chat merge: your actual Twitch or YouTube chat appears next to Echoless chat, clearly marked, and your regulars can greet real viewers. It only reads, never posts.
- All 10 regulars plus your own custom ones, Hype chat speed, every theme and your full stats history.
- Monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Your key works on your PCs and re-checks itself about once a day.
Community
- Vote on and suggest features right inside the app.
- Anonymous usage stats help decide what to build next. They never include audio, transcripts or your identity, and you can switch them off in Settings.
Setup and updates
- A 10-step setup wizard checks your PC and installs the free local tools Echoless needs.
- Installs just for your Windows user, and updates are signed.
- Global hotkeys: Ctrl+Alt+P pause, Ctrl+Alt+M mute, Ctrl+Alt+A ask chat, Ctrl+Alt+C mark a clip.
- Global hotkey Ctrl+Alt+L switches between chat mode and the full app.
