If Windows pauses the installer

Echoless is new and not yet signed with a paid certificate, so Microsoft SmartScreen doesn't recognize the installer yet. Two clicks and it runs.

  2. 2Click Run anyway. The installer starts.

It installs for your Windows user only, so no administrator password is needed.

What happens after you install

    Checks your graphics card and tells you what to expect.

  2. 2

    Installs Ollama, the free local AI runtime, if you don't have it.

  3. 3

    Downloads the chat model and the speech model, with a progress bar.

  4. 4

    Tests your mic and shows a live transcript.

  5. 5

    Connects your game through its official game events (Pro), or sets up voice-only practice for any game.

  6. 6

    Lets you preview the chat, then asks your name and stream goal.

Everything the wizard downloads comes from the official sources: Ollama from ollama.com, the chat model through Ollama, and the speech model from Hugging Face, checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint.
